International Workshop on Muon Physics at the Intensity and Precision Frontiers (MIP2026) 第四届高亮度和高精度前沿缪子物理研讨会

Muon physics is entering a new era driven by rapid progress in high-intensity muon sources, precision measurements, rare-process searches, and a broad range of μSR and applied-science programs. MIP 2026 will provide a focused forum for the community to exchange recent results, discuss technical challenges and opportunities, and strengthen collaboration across facilities and disciplines.

The MIP 2026 workshop (registration opens on April 24, scientific program runs April 25-27) is jointly organized by the Particle Accelerator Branch of the Chinese Physical Society / Chinese Nuclear Society and the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which also serves as the host. This event is jointly supported by the Southern Center for Nuclear Science Theory and other institutions.

Registration fees are 1,000 CNY per faculty/postdoc and 600 CNY per student. Accommodation and meals will be arranged by the organizing committee; attendees will cover these expenses themselves.

The scientific program is organized into five topical working groups:

• WG1 Beam Facility and Muon Source
• WG2 Muon Precision Measurements
• WG3 Muon Rare Processes
• WG4 MuSR and Muon Application
• WG5 New Developments & Prospects

兹定于2026年4月24日至4月28日（4月24日报到、4月25-27日学术报告及讨论，4月28日离会）在中国科学院近代物理研究所（广东省惠州市）召开“第四届高亮度和高精度前沿缪子物理研讨会”。

会议由中国物理学会/中国核学会粒子加速器分会和中科院近代物理研究所联合主办，中科院近代物理研究所承办。会议得到了南方核科学理论研究中心等单位资助。

本次会议收取注册费教师每人1000元，学生每人600元。会议统一安排食宿，费用自理。
