Getting to Beijing
Participants traveling from outside Beijing should first arrive at one of the major transportation hubs in Beijing, including:

From Beijing, participants may travel onward to Huairou District and the conference venue near Yanqi Lake.
Transportation to the Venue
Please note that the conference venue and the conference hotel are in different locations within the Yanqi Lake area. The conference will be held at the International Conference Center, and accommodation will be provided at Qihu Hotel. The hotel is approximately a 17-minute walk from the conference venue. A map of the walking route is provided below.
Local Information
The conference venue is located in the scenic Yanqi Lake area of Huairou, Beijing. October is generally a pleasant season in Beijing, but participants are advised to prepare suitable clothing for changing weather conditions.
