Getting to Beijing
Participants traveling from outside Beijing should first arrive at one of the major transportation hubs in Beijing, including:

Major railway stations in Beijing
From Beijing, participants may travel onward to Huairou District and the conference venue near Yanqi Lake.
Please note that both the conference venue and the conference hotel are located at Yanqi Hotel.
Local Information
The conference venue is located in the scenic Yanqi Lake area of Huairou, Beijing. October is generally a pleasant season in Beijing, but participants are advised to prepare suitable clothing for changing weather conditions.
