The 3rd SUSTech CMP Workshop, hosted by the SUSTech Club of Mathematics and Physics (SUSTech CMP) and the Department of Physics, SUSTech, will be held at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech, 南方科技大学) in Shenzhen, Guangdong.
Building on the legacy of past workshops (summer 2024, winter 2025), this year’s event takes an in-depth approach to advanced theoretical physics by focusing on holography and theoretical cosmology. To enhance systematic learning, we have transformed traditional invited talks into eight intensive short courses led by renowned scholars, complemented by eight individual lectures presented by selected graduate students.
This workshop is primarily designed for advanced undergraduates and graduate students. Its goal is to clarify cutting-edge concepts while fostering academic exchange between SUSTech students and peers from various institutions. Join us to explore the frontiers of theoretical physics and uncover the mysteries of the cosmos through the lens of holographic principles.
