HOTEL INFORMATION AND RESEARVATION
The conference is held in Intercontinental Ningbo, the hotel address is: 777 Xinhui Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang. The hotel is about 12 km (20 minutes driving, Taxi: about 30 RMB Yuan) from the train station and 25 km (45 minutes driving, Taxi: about 70 RMB Yuan) from the airport. Recently some participants received an email from Global Travel Experts Team (operations@gtravelservices.com) with the subject hotel booking in Zhejiang and the following message:
Please let us know your arrival and departure dates in Zhejiang so that we can reserve your room for the conference in June.
Respond back so that we may email you the hotel booking form and confirm the reservation.
Keep in mind that all reservations are entirely flexible, refundable, and adjustable up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Please ignore this email, it is a fishing email. Neither the organizer or the hotel authorize any company to make the reservation for our participants.
Transportation
Since there is no direct flight from most cities abroad to Ningbo and the transfer time maybe too long, we suggest you to take a flight from your city to Shanghai HongQiao airport (Not Pudong), then take a high speed train from HongQiao to Ningbo, it takes about two hours (two and a half hours at most) from HongQiao station to Ningbo station.
Note that even though Hangzhou to Ningbo is also convenient, but the airport and train stations in Hangzhou are in two different places. If you arrive at Hangzhou airport, you can take subway line 19 from the airport to the East train station (most high speed train to Ningbo is from the East train station), it takes about one hour from Hangzhou to Ningbo.
Ningbo Airport. For subway, you can take line 2 from the airport, then transfer to line 5 at ShiQi (石碶) station and get off at Yuanshi Rd (院士路); or line 2 from the airport, then transfer to line 5 at SanGuanTang (三官堂) station, get off at Yuanshi Rd (院士路) and exit from the F exit. It is recommended to transfer at ShiQi. The transfer at SanGuanTang is not recommended.
Ningbo Train station. For subway, you can take line 2 from the train station, then transfer to line 5 at SanGuanTang (三官堂) station, get off at Yuanshi Rd (院士路) and exit from the F exit.
