Hotel reservations for participants will be arranged collectively by the organizers. The room rate is RMB 370 per night, including one breakfast. An additional breakfast is available for RMB 55.
As stated in our previous offer, the organizers will cover the accommodation expenses for the invited speakers listed on the first page. General participants are kindly requested to pay the hotel directly for their accommodation.
The registration fee is RMB 500, which covers the welcome reception, banquet, lunch tickets, and coffee. Dinner will not be provided except for the banquet. The registration fee should be paid directly at the hotel.
The organizers will set up a registration desk in the reception area of the Holiday Inn. We accept various payment methods, including WeChat, Alipay, and credit cards.
