Hotel reservations for participants will be arranged collectively by the organizers. The room rate is 370 RMB per night including 1 breakfast, an additional breakfasst is available for 55 RMB.
As stated in our previous offer, the organizers will cover the accommodation expenses for the invited speakers listed on the front page, except for those who have declined the offer. General participants are kindly requested to pay the hotel directly for their accommodation.
The registration fee is 500 RMB, which covers the banquet, lunch tickets, and coffee. Dinner will not be provided except for the banquet. The registration fee should be paid directly at the hotel.
The organizers will set up a registration desk in the reception area of the Holiday Inn. We accept various payment methods, including WeChat, Alipay, and credit cards.
