DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Hongguang Liu (Westlake University)\nQuantum-gravity
models often provide effective background dynamics\, while cosmological o
bservables depend on the dynamics of inhomogeneous perturbations. I will d
iscuss a Hamiltonian framework for bridging this gap. Requiring consistent
local evolution strongly constrains how a modified homogeneous or symmetr
ic dynamics can be completed into a spatial theory. The resulting Hamilton
ian determines not only the cosmological background but also its scalar an
d tensor response.\nI will discuss how relational scale setting and non-pe
rturbative renormalization can provide quantum input for this effective dy
namics\, and how the same Hamiltonian framework connects it to cosmologica
 l perturbations and correlation functions.\n\nhttps://indico.itp.ac.cn/eve
