\n\nSPCS 2022: The 202
2 Shanghai Particle Physics and Cosmology Symposium: Neutrino and Dark Mat
ter Physics (SPCS 2022)\n\nSPCS 2023: The 2023 Shanghai Symposium on Part

e Physics and Cosmology: Phase Transitions\, Dark Matter and Experimental
 Probes (CPCS 2024)\n\n

n\n \n\nThe 2025 Beijing Particle Physics and Cosmology Symposium (BPCS 2
 025): early Universe\, gravitational-wave templates\, collider phenomenolo
gy\n\n \n\nThe early universe is inherently linked to fundamental physics
\, particularly particle physics processes. Many of these processes\, such
as the cosmological first-order phase transition\, will generate observab
le stochastic gravitational wave backgrounds. Modeling various stochastic
gravitational wave backgrounds will directly impact the extraction of fund
amental physical information about the early universe. More traditional ap
proach for fundamental particle physics processes comes from colliders an
d their phenomenological studies. In recent years\, research on effective
field theory has greatly enriched the prospects for extracting new physics
beyond the Standard Model of particle physics through collider phenomenol
ogical studies.\n\nGiven the rapid development of research on the early un
iverse\, gravitational wave templates\, and collider phenomenology\, as we
ll as the deep connection and cross-development of particle physics and co

wave backgrounds from early-Universe fundamental physical processes)\, and
collider phenomenology (Standard Model precision measurements\, new-physi

cussions across theoretical\, phenomenological\, and experimental aspects
to foster new ideas and collaborations. We sincerely invite experts and yo
ung researchers in related fields to attend and engage in guidance and ex
