In the early universe\, many processes beyond the S tandard Model could generate gravitational waves across a wide frequency r ange\, offering a new observational window into the origin and evolution o f the universe. A series of upcoming experiments—including CMB-S4\, Lite BIRD\, BICEP/Keck\, AliCPT\, NANOGrav\, EPTA\, PPTA\, CPTA\, LISA\, Taiji\ , TianQin\, and ET—aim to probe these gravitational waves using CMB pola rization\, pulsar timing arrays\, and interferometers\, both space-based a nd ground-based.\n\nTo promote research in this exciting direction\, we la unched the International Workshop on Gravitational Waves and the Early Uni verse\, aiming to explore how gravitational waves can serve as a novel ob servational probe of the early universe and new physics\, discuss new the oretical predictions for next-generation experiments\, and foster interdi sciplinary connections. The first two workshops\, held in 2023 and 2024\, attracted over 100 researchers from around the world and received enthusia stic responses from the academic community.\n\nWe are pleased to announce that the 3rd workshop will be held in Ningbo\, China\, from August 31st to September 4th\, 2025.
