DESCRIPTION:The 2019 KLTP-BLTP Joint Workshop on Physics of Strong Intera
 ction will be held from November 6 to 11\, 2019 in South China University
  of Technology (SCUT)\, Guangzhou\, China. This will be the 10th of the se
 ries of annual workshops initialized in 2010 by the CAS Key Laboratory of 
 Theoretical Physics (KLTP)\, Institute of Theoretical Physics (ITP)\, Chin
 ese Academy of Sciences (CAS) at Beijing\, China and the Bogoliubov Labora
 tory of Theoretical Physics (BLTP)\, Joint Institute of Nuclear Research (
 JINR) at Dubna\, Russia. \n\nThis workshop is co-organized by KLTP/CAS\, 
 BLTP/JINR and SCUT and supported by China Center for Advanced Science and 
 Technology (CCAST)\, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSF
 C) and Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR). During the workshop\,
  participants from China\, Russia and other countries will meet and discus
 s physics of strong interaction in atomic nuclei\, hadrons and compact sta
