DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility (HIAF) i
 n Huizhou China has completed its construction\, and has been running for 
 experiments. HIAF is composed of a superconducting ion linear accelerator\
 , a high-energy synchrotron booster\, a high-energy radioactive isotope be
 am line\, an experimental storage ring\, and a few experimental setups.  
 HIAF can provide high-intensity ion beams from hydrogen to uranium for var
 ious experiments including studies of exotic nuclear structure\, superheav
 y nuclei\, nuclear matter and hypernuclei. For example\, 209Bi ions of 3.1
 6×10^10 particles per pulse with an energy of 851 MeV/u has been generate
 d stably and stored in the booster. As a scientific user facility\, scient
 ists around the world are welcome to join HIAF activities. The primary sci
 entific goals of HIAF include: \n\n\n	to explore the limits of the existen
 ce of nuclides in terms of proton and neutron numbers as well as mass numb
 er\; \n	to find new exotic structure of weakly-bound nuclei\, and reveal n
 ew physics beyond\; \n	to understand the origin of chemical elements inclu
 ding heavy elements from iron through uranium in the Universe.\n\n\nOn thi
 s occasion\, we plan to organize the Frontier Nuclear Physics Symposium Re
 lated to HIAF\, dedicated to physics program @HIAF.\n\nThe workshop will b

 \n\nAbstract: In this talk\, we establish a systematic framework to descri
 be the vacuum decays in a radiation-dominated FLRW universe from the Schwi
 nger-Keldysh formalism. By splitting the phase transition field Φ into th
 e mean field ϕ and the short-wavelength modes σ and tracing over the lat
 ter as the environment\, we obtain a classical Langevin-type equation-of-m
 otion for the mean field ϕ\, where the quantum effects are encoded in a n
 on-Markov memory kernel and a non-Gaussian noise. As a phenomenological ex
 ample\, we consider a polynomial potential and study the structure of the 
 memory kernel as well as the correlation functions of the noise term. With
  a less restrictive scale split by allowing ϕ to carry spatial dependence
 \, further extensions remain possible to describe the whole dynamics of co
 smological first-order phase transitions via numerical simulations.\n\nBio

 散射振幅理论在过去二十余年取得了长足进展，而有质
 量粒子的散射振幅研究则尚处于发展阶段。本报告将聚
 焦于massive\nspinor-helicity形式构建完全协变的自旋算符，
 进而实现有质量散射振幅的协变自旋轨道LS分解。该分解
 可直接应用于强子分波振幅的\n协变计算，对BES实验数据
 的分析结果与文献一致。进一步地，我们将该方法推广
 至强子形状因子，首次获得任意自旋强子形状因子的\n独
 立完备的形式，并指出此前文献中存在冗余。最后，通
 过对散射振幅实施光锥投影，可以系统构建高扭度部分
 子关联函数，不仅重现\nMulders等人的结果，还可自然推
 广至任意自旋强子的部分子关联函数。\n\n报告人简介：\
 n于江浩，中国科学院理论物理研究所研究员。2012年获密
 歇根州立大学博士学位，随后在德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分
 校与麻省大学阿默斯特\n分校从事博士后研究，2017年加
 入理论物理所。主要研究方向包括有效场论、有质量散
 射振幅、Higgs与中微子物理、粒子宇宙学，\n已发表论文9
 0余篇，其中包括3篇PRL，引用超过四千次，多次受邀撰写
 有效场论相关综述，在HEFT等国际会议上作主旨报告及国
 际知名的\n“All things EFT”系列论坛作一小时报告，并多

DESCRIPTION:为了促进我国理论物理学研究的发展、培养理
 论物理优秀人才、做出国际先进水平的研究成果、充分
 发挥理论物理对国民经济建设和科学技术在战略决策上
 应有的指导和咨询作用，1993年国家自然科学基金委员会
 设立了“理论物理专款”（简称“专款”），成立“理
 论物理专款学术领导小组”。专款由国家自然科学基金
 委员会数理学部实施组织管理。30多年来专款紧密结合理
 论物理学科发展需要和国家战略发展需求，在产出高水
 平科研成果、培养青年人才、稳定人才队伍、改善研究
 环境、加强学术交流、弘扬科学家精神以及探索符合理
 论物理学科特色的研究与资助模式等方面做出了重要贡
 献，促进了我国理论物理事业的发展。\n\n2005年专款设立
 了彭桓武理论物理论坛（简称“论坛”），每年举办一
 次。论坛是理论物理专款支持的主要项目之一，是中国
 理论物理学界缅怀彭桓武先生、学习彭先生学术思想和
 科学精神的重要学术活动。论坛旨在加强理论物理各领

 Wave Detection\n\n26-30 July 2026\, Lanzhou\, China\n\nFollowing the succ
 ess of the inaugural meeting in 2024\, we are pleased to announce the 2nd
  Sino-Europe Workshop on Lunar Gravitational Wave Detection\, to be held i
 n Lanzhou\, China.\n\n\nRationale\n\nLunar gravitational wave detection i
 s transitioning from theoretical exploration to mission reality. The LGWA 
 (Lunar Gravitational Wave Antenna) concept has matured into a detailed mis
 sion design. Concurrently\, China’s Chang’e‑7 mission is scheduled f
 or 2026\, and will carry a high‑precision seismometer to the lunar south
  pole\, offering the first opportunity to characterize the Moon’s seismi
 c environment with modern instrumentation.\n\nThese developments create bo
 th opportunity and urgency to address critical questions such as: What sci
 entific breakthroughs will lunar GW missions bring? How does real lunar st
 ructure modulate the seismic response across frequency bands relevant to G
 W detection? Can GW-induced signals be reliably distinguished from intrins
 ic lunar noise (moonquakes\, thermal fluctuations\, meteoroid impacts)? Wh
 at instrument performance can be realistically achieved under lunar surfac
 e conditions?\n\nThe first Sino-Europe workshop held in 2024 established a
  collaborative foundation\, bringing together gravitational physicists\, p

DESCRIPTION:Axion models are well motivated by their ability to solve the
  strong CP problem in the standard model\, and provide a natural candida
 te for the dark matter which comprises most of the matter in the Universe.
  As a result\, experiments are ongoing worldwide to search for axions and

 s beyond the Standard Model of particle physics is a frontier direction in
  current particle physics research\, and it is closely connected to many i
 mportant questions concerning dark matter\, dark energy\, and the early un
 iverse. The Institute of Theoretical Physics\, Chinese Academy of Sciences
 \, together with Shandong University\, will hold the 15th "New Physics Wor
 kshop" in Weihai from August 23 to 29\, 2026 (registration on August 23\,

 ears\, with high-precision measurements of the large-scale structure of th
 e universe by DESI and deep observations of high-redshift galaxies and ear
 ly-universe structures by JWST\, we have been able to study the formation 
 and evolution of cosmic structures with unprecedented accuracy. These obse
 rvations provide new opportunities and important clues for testing the pro
 perties of dark matter and for exploring new physics beyond the Standard M
 odel. This year's workshop will be held in a format combining thematic rev
 iew talks and topical presentations (with invited review talks mainly in t
 he morning and discussions in the afternoon). The program will focus on th
 e intrinsic connections among cosmic structure formation\, dark matter\, a

DESCRIPTION:强相互作用的非微扰性质是标准模型中尚待解
 决的重大理论疑难。作为从第一性原理出发的非微扰方
 法，格点QCD能够依托超大规模数值模拟对这些非微扰性
 质进行理论计算，并与实验结果相互印证。中国于20世纪
 80年代初开始格点QCD研究，并于2005年成立了中国格点QCD
 合作组（CLQCD）。经过多年发展和近期众多优秀青年研究
 人员的加盟，同时借助超级计算机技术的迅猛进步，中
 国的格点QCD合作组近年来已产生了一套系统的动力学组
 态，并具备了在强子能谱、核子结构、QCD相结构和标准

DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce a significant evolution of the long
 -standing ICFP conference series. Since its first meeting in 2001 in Zhang
 jiajie\, China\, the International Conference on Flavor Physics (ICFP) has
  served as an important forum for the high-energy physics community. It ha
 s successfully fostered deep collaboration on the fundamental problem of f
 lavor—the origins of fermion masses\, mixing\, CP violation\, and lepton
 ic and hadronic physics—while emphasizing the interplay between theory a
 nd experiment through the eras of the B factories\, neutrino experiments\,
  and the LHC. Following conferences in Seoul\, Korea (2003)\, Chungli\, Ta
 iwan (2005)\, Beijing\, China (2007)\, and Hanoi\, Vietnam (2009)\, and it
 s subsequent expansion into the International Conference on Flavor Physics
  and Cosmo-physics (2012\, Weihai\, China)\, this series has continued to 
 evolve in order to address frontier problems in fundamental physics.\n\nTo
  reflect the increasingly interconnected and interdisciplinary nature of m
 odern fundamental physics\, and to foster broader collaboration\, the seri
 es is now rebranded as the International Conference on Fundamental Physics
  from Quanta to Cosmos (ICFP). We are proud to retain the acronym while em
 bracing a significantly expanded scientific scope. The new ICFP will serve
  as a unified platform for exploring open questions related to the evoluti
 on of the Universe.\n\nICFP 2026 will be held from October 24 to 26 at the
